2020-ford-bronco-rendering

Even since Ford officially announced they will be releasing the 2024 Ford Bronco, we have been imagining what the modern day version of this legendary vehicle might look like. While there have been some previous renderings of the 21st century Bronco, they have mostly featured a square shaped, angular design that was reminiscent of the old Bronco, which is a rather drag-inducing design that would most likely be struck down by the EPA pretty fast.

Design

But if we look at the new Ford F-150 truck, its boxy design works just fine and doesn’t seem to reduce the drag that much, so Ford might find a way to incorporate the Bronco’s iconic angular design into this new model. Some of the previous Bronco renderings depict the new model as a modern-day, two-door SUV. But, these days those kind of SUVs aren’t the most practical things on Earth, so when the 2024 Ford Bronco finally makes its way to the showrooms, it will most likely resemble the models shown in these brand-new renderings shown below. These images were created by the Bronco6G Forum, who took the original models now iconic box shape and infused it with a bit of a modern twist. They added two extra doors, making it more practical and more akin to models Ford usually sells.

Moreover, If we consider that Ford already stated that the Bronco and the Ranger will be underpinned by the T6 truck platform, it is even more likely that they will feature a four-door configuration. A little less likely to be featured on the production model is the Air Roof feature that the guys over at Bronco6G also decided to include in their rendering. They also included features like the black D pillars and roof, a rear-mounted spare tire, and off-road appropriate bumpers complete with a winch and tow hooks. It would be great to find some of these features in the Bronco production model come 2024, but we’ll have to wait and see.
