The 2017 Ford F-150 VelociRaptor 600 Twin Turbo is the Hennessey performance package outfitted Raptor that has just been announced. So, if the original F-150 Raptor was a little too tame for your particular sensibilities, the folks over at Hennessey decided to push the limits of what a full-size pickup truck can do and offer a performance output worthy of a legitimate sports car.

What’s under the hood?
The 2017 Ford F-150 VelociRaptor takes a giant leap from the F-150 Raptor’s initial 450 horsepower and 510 lb-ft of torque. The Raptor’s outgoing twin-turbocharged 3.5-liter V6 engine is now tuned to offer up to a staggering 605 horsepower and 622 pound-feet of torque. What’s curious is that Hennessey offers an option on their website where it says the company can build you a F-150 Raptor with up to 700 horsepower, but well believe it when we see it. Or in this case, hear those 95 extra grunts.
In terms of performance, this entire Mini Cooper worth of additional horsepower results in quite an impressive payoff. The new VelociRaptor 600 Twin Turbo can go from zero 60 mph in just 4.2 seconds, while it runs the quarter mile in 12.9 seconds at a speed of 110 mph.

Upgrades
This super-impressive 605 hoprsepower, 4.2 second outcome entailed some major upgrades and improvements. Most notably they include custom turbochargers, a new intercooler, high-flow intake and new stainless steel dual exhaust system. There are also some new gaskets and fluids, as well as a retune of the ECU to make sure everything runs according to plan.
Moreover, the Raptor will get a new off-road package. According to Hennessey it will consist of brand-new 20 inch wheels, along with some extra-wide tires, 35-inch Toyo tires, some custom bumpers in the front as well as the back and an abundance of LED lighting across the board. This new Hennessey performance package will cost you $22,500, but it comes with a three-year/36,000-mile warranty. As for the off-road package, it will be available for $12,995, and you can add it to the VelociRaptor, or your average F-150 Raptor.
